FEATURING REMODEL

The directive for this home was to create a modern resort style aesthetic that integrated warmth & elegance with unique distinction. Integrating raw & refined materials, custom designed furnishings & tile mosaics and incorporating original contemporary art created by the designer, accomplished this criteria. Outdoor landscaping was designed to flow into the interior through over-sized glass doors, establishing a sense of resort style living. Surfaces and walls were adorned in delicate custom glass tiles, rugged monolithic wall tiles & metallic-patterned wall coverings contrasting smooth flowing polished quartz surfaces. Vivid expressions of deep color were ribboned around the interior bringing balance and interest. Utilization of a neutral tone (coordinating with a beloved pet) throughout the residence created soothing cohesion.
